Problem
BRIguna served fixed-income customers whose payroll was connected to BRI, but the traditional application journey depended heavily on paper and manual handoffs. The digital experience needed to guide eligibility, data entry and submission clearly while operating inside a regulated banking environment.
Approach
I worked on the frontend journey as a structured multi-step flow with real-time validation and clear state transitions. The interface was designed to fit the BRImo ecosystem, reduce ambiguity at each step and remain dependable across the complete application path.
Results
The work moved a paper-heavy credit journey into a complete online flow for eligible BRI customers. It created a clearer application path and a production-ready frontend foundation for a nationwide banking product.
